Indiana Addictions Issues Coalition
Jodi Miller is the Deputy Director of the Indiana Addictions Issues Coalition. She is a Certified Addictions Peer Recovery Coach Level II and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. Her work experience includes being the Women's Coordinator at Fairbanks Supportive Living Program where she completed a Peer Recovery Coach internship in Women's Recovery Management. Jodi also worked for Pro-Active Resources in the Department of Corrections After Care Women’s Program in Boone County, Indiana. Jodi is a person in long-term recovery and is dedicated to statewide advocacy work for others.

This Lightning Talk session will focus on the process and benefits of establishing a university-community partnership to address the opioid epidemic. The Indiana University Interprofessional Practice and Education Center and the Ball State University College of Health, in collaboration, hosted the Delaware County Substance Use Disorder Symposium.
