Madeline Aulisio recently defended her capstone in completion of the University of Kentucky Doctor of Public Health program and is a health education coordinator at UK’s Center for Interprofessional Health Education. Having worked in interprofessional education efforts within the university since 2013, her research interests currently include leadership interventions and program evaluation.

Use of Nonparametric Statistical Methods for Reliable IPE Program Evaluation with Small Sample Sizes
BackgroundDevelopment of interprofessional education (IPE) at an institution may occur gradually, and the size of participant cohorts may naturally fluctuate. Fewer participants in a given period translates to small sample sizes, impacting program evaluation and the ability to detect an effect of an IPE intervention.
