Dr. Nicole MacDonald, is Professor and Chair for the Department of Allied Health Professions at California Baptist University. She earned her DrPH in Preventive Care and MPH in Health Promotion and Education from Loma Linda University. She is program director of the Master of Science in Athletic Training program since its inception in 2007. She teaches the evidence-based research courses, therapeutic modalities and general medical conditions in the athletic training program. She received the CBU Board of Trustees Professor of the Year award in 2019. Her research interests include the areas of athletic training, interprofessional education, obesity, and stress management.
