Nichole Kelsey, MSN, RN, CHSE-A is a Simulation Education Specialist at the Cleveland Clinic. Recognized as a leader in simulation, she has experience in both human patient and standardized patient simulation. Her professional interests include innovative curricula design, simulation education research, interprofessional education, and faculty development. She has presented simulation at local, regional, national, and international conferences. Nichole is an advanced certified healthcare simulation education, member of the Society of Simulation in Healthcare and has published in both Clinical Simulation in Nursing and Simulation in Healthcare.
