Amy is a Program Specialist with the Office of Interprofessional Education (IPE) and the Administrative Research Coordinator for STEPS, Simulation Training and Education for Patient Safety at West Virginia University. She coordinates all programming for eleven disciplines within the Health Sciences Center for IPE. She has an Associates in Applied Science in Medical Assisting and is experienced in working in trauma, general surgery, and surgical oncology and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Project Management. Additionally, Amy has a background in quality and regulatory from ten years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
