Clinical Learning Environment Innovation Challenge

Debuted in 2019, the Clinical Learning Environment Innovation Challenge is a dynamic opportunity to tackle real-world challenges in your home environment through a guided design thinking exercise. This virtual team experience will be offered in the fall of 2020 in partnership with SmithGroup, a nationally-recognized architecture and design firm specializing in helping teams implement interprofessional practice and education across a variety of settings in the U.S.

Teams will work together virtually to:

  1. participate in an orientation to design thinking and prototyping
  2. spend time as a team and with a coach developing a prototype solution
  3. Share your prototype with an expert panel of judges and receive feedback

Teams who participated in the 2019 Innovation Challenge were able to apply their prototype immediately at their home settings. Registration for the CLE Innovation Challenge will open summer 2020. Additional fee applies.
