Dr. Amy Weinstein is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and a practicing General Internist Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. She serves as the Clerkship Director for the BIDMC Core I Medicine Clerkship and as the Faculty Director of Education for the Crimson Care Collaborative, a student-faculty practice network of 7 HMS-affiliated primary care practices through which she directs interprofessional education.

Background: Interprofessional collaboration (IPC) improves patient outcomes and reduces healthcare costs. The Crimson Care Collaborative (CCC) is an interprofessional student-faculty collaborative of 7 clinics throughout Boston.
