Dr. Bryan Ness is an Associate Professor in Communication Sciences and Disorders at California Baptist University (CBU). Dr. Ness teaches undergraduate courses, graduate courses, and provides clinical supervision in the Clinical Education Center at CBU. Dr. Ness is an Interprofessional Education lead faculty and a member of Called2Collaborate at CBU. His research focuses on understanding factors that enhance functional independence for individuals with acquired neurogenic cognitive-communication disorders. His most recent work has examined the impact of cognitive-communication disorders on self-regulated learning, academic achievement, and social communication for adults with traumatic brain injury.
