Dr. Foshee is Director of Learning Innovation for Graduate Medical Education and co-chair of the Office of Interprofessional Learning at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. She also co-directs the Master of Education in Health Professions Education degree program and Program Directors Certificate Program. Dr. Foshee holds faculty appointments at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State University. She teaches across programs and engages program directors or other educators in the quest to improve the residency experience by fostering an interprofessional collaborative culture. Her current scholarly focus is on exploring strategies to enhance interprofessional education and maximize interprofessional learning.

Strengthening Minds by Leveraging Education (SMiLE) is an interprofessional team learning experience that aims to build individual capacity, improve collective competence, and support the development of high-performing teams.
