Cheri L Friedrich, DNP, RN, CPNP-PC is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota where she coordinates the pediatric nurse practitioner area of study. Dr. Friedrich is also the school of nursing representative to the Health Sciences 1Health interprofessional education curriculum development team. She is very committed to advancing interprofessional student experiences at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Friedrich has recently published work on interprofessional escape room development. In addition, Dr. Friedrich continues to practice clinically in an interprofessional pediatric clinic that serves the uninsured/underinsured.

Background: Interprofessional collaboration (IPC) improves patient outcomes and reduces healthcare costs. The Crimson Care Collaborative (CCC) is an interprofessional student-faculty collaborative of 7 clinics throughout Boston.
