Dr. Elizabeth Kalb is Project Manager with the College of Nursing & Health Professions at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiiana. Dr. Kalb completed her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Iowa State University. She is licensed as a Health Service Provider in Psychology in the state of Indiana. She has extensive experience in the practice and teaching of clinical health psychology as well in education of undergraduate and graduate health professions students. As Project Manager for the ANE Grant she developed and carried out the integrated interprofesssional training model for graduate health professions students..

In line with the Quadruple Aim, optimal health care should utilize an integrated approach addressing both physical and behavioral health. Integrated care is best provided interprofessionally where a team of clinicians work together to provide patient centered care. This presentation will report on the development and refinement of a graduate training model to enable healthcare professionals to deliver effective integrated care interprofessionally.
