Jeffrey Borckardt, Ph.D.
Medical University of South Carolina
Dr. Borckardt is a Clinical Psychologist and Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine, and Stomatology at MUSC. He is the Assistant Provost and Director of the Office of Interprofessional Initiatives. In this role, he works to bring together diverse groups of individuals for the purposes of enhancing the impact of interprofessionalism and teamwork in education, research and clinical service delivery. He is also the Director of the Team Science Program through MUSC’s Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA), the South Carolina Translational and Research (SCTR) Center.
