Jennifer Gilbertson, PT, DPT, MHS is board certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and is the Assistant Director of Outpatient Therapy Services at the University of Chicago Medicine (UCM). _x000D_ Jennifer received a BS in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University, a Masters of Health Science in Physical Therapy from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy in Indianapolis, and a transitional doctorate with distinction in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Jennifer has served as faculty in the Orthopaedic Residency Program in Physical Therapy at UCM for 11 years and has been published in the Journal of Arthroscopy and Manual Therapy.

Background: Preclinical medical students infrequently have the opportunity to engage with interprofessional colleagues and learn their roles and responsibilities.
