Joy Doll, OTD, OTR/L, FNAP is the Chief Academic Program Officer for the Nebraska Health Information Initiative working specifically with the Nebraska Healthcare Collaborative. The goal of the Collaborative is to connect experts in data science and health care to use data-driven metrics to drive population health in Nebraska. Prior to NEHII she was the inaugural Executive Director for Creighton University’s Center for Interprofessional Practice, Education and Research.
Presenting at the Nexus Summit:
This short course will provide participants tasked with developing IPE programs with foundational information essential to success in leadership, teaching and scholarship. It will also provide real-world insight into processes, successes and challenges encountered when getting started in IPE. This event will also include an interactive activity where participants will collaborate to learn from and assist their peers in professional development.

Background: Excessive amounts of money in healthcare are wasted due to duplicated or unnecessary health screenings.
