Kate Dean serves as the Executive Director of the Essentia Institute of Rural Health, which employs the residents of the Duluth Family Medicine Residency Program, and is the Administrator of the Duluth Graduate Medical Education Council, which has fiscal responsibility for the Duluth Family Medicine Clinic and Residency Program. She provided leadership for grant procurement and reporting.
