Lisa Hiley PhD, CCC-SLP is an assistant professor at Nazareth College. She earned a master’s from Penn State and PhD from University of Rochester. Clinical, supervisory and research interests include design/evaluation of clinically and educationally-based programs/interventions, interprofessional and community collaborations and family partnerships, and language-literacy practices. Dr. Hiley serves in community leadership roles to address equity and access in early childhood areas including workforce development, developmental screening, infant mental health initiatives and language/literacy programs. Further, Dr. Hiley serves on Nazareth's interprofessional steering committee to scale IP efforts across the College.

GROW-Rochester is an interprofessional developmental screening program for children 12 months-5 years of age offered within child care, early education, pediatric and other accessible community-based settings for the purposes of identifying young children’s developmental needs in the areas of: hearing, vision, dental health, speech-language, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
