Dr. Lolita O'Donnell is currently serving as the Division Chief of the Leadership Education Analysis Development Sustainment (LEADS) Division and as the Branch Chief for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) J-7 (Education & Training) Continuing Education Program Office (CEPO)._x000D_
Dr. O’Donnell completed her doctoral and graduate studies in Nursing Administration, Policy Ethics and Research at George Mason University. She specializes in nursing research in the fields of case management and ethics and serves as a Copy Editor and Manuscript Reviewer for various nursing specialties for Lippincott Williams & Wilkins. Dr. O’Donnell is also an Adjunct Nursing Professor with Excelsior College.
