Natalie Bryan is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s Master of Science and Social Administration at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. She coordinates resources for the Fairfax neighborhood in Cleveland, OH related to community partnerships, minor exterior repair for low-income seniors, after-school programming, food access and nutrition, educational activities and community events. She has also worked in youth advocacy and as a qualified mental health specialist for adults in transitional housing.

FRESH Fairfax is a student-led, asset-based community initiative created with the Fairfax neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. The project is a partnership between the Cleveland Clinic (CCF), Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) health professional students (Medicine, Physician Assistant, Nursing, Social Work and Public Health) and Fairfax community residents. The purpose of the initiative is to address health disparities in the Fairfax neighborhood by utilizing a strengths-based perspective to pilot a student-run health program, addressing both short-term and long-term health issues.
