Dr. Wesley Richardson is a Nurse Educator at South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS). As part of the academic partnership between STVHCS and UT Health San Antonio, School of Nursing, he is an Assistant Professor teaching in undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Dr. Richardson has been teaching at UT Health San Antonio since 2005. In addition to educating student nurses, Dr. Richardson is Co-Coordinator for the Nursing VA Learning Opportunities Residency (VALOR) Program. Dr. Richardson’s clinical background is post-anesthesia care nursing. Dr. Richardson earned a BSN at The University of Texas at El Paso, an MSN in Administration, Community & Healthcare Systems and a PhD in Nursing at UT Health San Antonio

The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Linking Interprofessional Networks for Collaboration (LINC), is a requirement for institutional accreditation designed to advance interprofessional education (IPE) at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UT Health San Antonio).
