Dr. Lucas Molitor earned her PhD in health sciences from the University of South Dakota. She has clinical practice experience in the field of occupational therapy in adult physical rehabilitation and gerontology. She is board certified in Gerontology through the American Occupational Therapy Association. She is Assistant Professor and Capstone Director, teaching adult physical rehabilitation, home modifications, and health promotion.

Background: In this synchronous learning activity students from 6 professions in the SHS at a university in the Upper Midwest were asked to devise a mitigation strategy for a SARS-COV-2 outbreak. Due to policy restrictions, this Interprofessional team activity had to be delivered remotely.
