Jessica Salazar Sedillo, MOT, OTR/L is an adjunct faculty member and Occupational Therapist for the University of New Mexico Occupational Therapy Graduate Program. Jessica teaches Community Health and Advocacy, Communication and Leadership courses. Jessica has practiced in community settings including New Mexico’s Children’s Court and a treatment foster care facility, home health and a pediatric outpatient setting.

During this lightning video, the presenters will discuss the development and deployment of an interprofessional transition of care case from the emergency department to an assisted living facility, involving pharmacy, physical therapy and occupational therapy students in an online video 170-minute classroom session.
