Dr. Cradick joined Regis University in 2017 and has over 25 years of expertise in nursing, education, and healthcare quality. Her undergraduate degree is from Indiana University and her initial graduate study was in Informatics from University of Colorado in 2003. Dr. Cradick completed a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Post Master's Certificate in 2011 and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2013. She is board certified as a CNS in both Adult Health and Acute/Critical Care. As a professor at the Loretto Heights School of Nursing, she teaches numerous didactic topics in the Bachelor’s and Master’s Nursing curriculum.
